After waiting over three years since the fourth season’s release, “Stranger Things” viewers were able to watch the first four episodes of the fifth and final season on Nov. 26. This release was the first of three volumes of the season, with another three episodes releasing Dec. 25, and the final episode releasing Dec. 31. Sophomore Liam Ament said that he doesn’t like that he has to wait for the rest of the season to release.
“I wish they released [the season] all at once, because I hate having to wait until Christmas,” Ament said.
Junior Anna Bish said that while she enjoyed the ending of the fourth episode, it could have left more unknown to keep audiences interested.
“The ending could have more of a cliffhanger and leave the viewers wanting more, but I feel like it wrapped up the first part of the season very well,” Bish said.
Awaiting the final episode of the show, many people theorize about how the series will end. Bish said that she thinks a couple of main characters will die before the show ends.
“I predict that at least two characters are gonna die. I feel like Nancy or Jonathan is gonna die, or Steve,” Bish said.
