The Falcon Players’ spring production of The Mystery of Edwin Drood took place on March 5, 6, and 7. The play, published in 1870, is Charles Dickens’s final, unfinished novel, which focuses on the disappearance of Edwin Drood, leaving his murder unsolved and creating infinite speculations and theories. Junior Becca Wirthlin said that her greatest takeaway from the show was the experiences and friendships she made along the way.
“My biggest highlight from this show was the fact that it was my first lead role. I had such a fun time singing my finale song “Writing on the Wall” and being able to show my abilities to others in a way I love. I also loved the cast and was able to strengthen a bunch of friendships throughout this process. I loved each and every person and I am so thankful to perform with them,” Wirthlin said.
